How to Raise a Complaint

Plumber checking pipes in the crawl space of an older home in Raleigh

Last updated: October 2026

Everyone who contacts Carolinapage Plumbing should be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, we want to know about it. This page explains how to raise a complaint and what to expect. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What a Complaint Can Cover

You can reach out about:

  • How your call or message to Carolinapage Plumbing was handled
  • How we treated your personal information
  • Anything on this site you think is unclear or wrong
  • How a plumber we connected you with behaved

Problems With a Provider

The plumbers in our network are independent businesses, and they answer for their own estimates, prices, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work done in your home, the usual first step is to take it up directly with the plumber and keep a written record.

Please tell us as well. Feedback about providers helps keep the network honest, and providers who keep falling short of our expectations may be removed. Carolinapage Plumbing cannot settle contract disputes, give refunds for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

How to Send a Complaint

Email contact@carolinapage.com and include:

  • Your name and how we can reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the plumber
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's business name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what you would like us to do

What We Do Next

We will confirm by email that we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider, and then write back with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with plumbing work, your state or local plumbing licensing board may be able to help.
